Apple Cider Spritz

Crisp, lightly spiced and very sippable. The apple brings bright acidity and natural polyphenols which are being explored for cardiovascular support, so you get a little more than flavour in your glass. Choose a dry cider if you prefer less sweetness.

  • What you need:

    • 90 ml apple cider
    • 30 ml Aperol
    • A generous pinch pumpkin spice mix or ground cinnamon
    • Ice
    • Apple slices and a cinnamon stick for garnish
    • 90 ml Prosecco cava or sparkling wine
    • Water

  • How to do it:

    1. In a large wine glass combine apple cider, Aperol, a bit of water, and pumpkin spice. Stir to disperse the spice.
    2. Fill the glass with ice and add the garnish. Top with Prosecco and enjoy.
