Shipping
Order Confirmation & Tracking
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. Once your package has been shipped, our shipping partner will send you a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order.
If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, please contact us at info@aquatru.co.uk as soon as possible. Use the subject line: "Shipping Address Change – Order X" (Replace X with your order number).
Delivery Time
All deliveries within the UK are shipped via DPD. Delivery times vary depending on your location but typically take 2 to 5 business days.
Shipping Costs
Our shipping rates for the UK are as follows:
- Orders up to £199.99 → £4.95 shipping fee
- Orders £199.00 and up → Free shipping

Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Please note: because of health and hygiene regulations, AquaTru products can only be returned when the seal on the package is intact. This means that the products should be unopened and unused. Products that have been opened or used cannot be accepted for return.
