Good kit, poor customer service

"The descaling kit works extremely well and I’m very satisfied with it, however i had to contact customer service after a week had passed from my order and nothing had been shipped. I was told that this was because they were awaiting stock replenishment but the kit was shipped the very next day so they were lying to me and there must have been another reason for the delay, incompetence perhaps, I do t appreciate being lied to and this has certainly coloured my view of their customer service."

Very disappointed

"I’ve had a very poor experience with this order. I had to chase multiple times just to get my items dispatched, and when the order finally arrived, items were missing. I then had to follow up repeatedly because I received no timely response. A customer shouldn’t have to put in so much effort simply to receive what they’ve paid for. They shipped out the missing items however, they should have issued a refund as a gesture of good will. Very disappointing service."

Not good process

"Too expensive and without a manual explaining all the different scenarios for descaling, I wasted a whole pack trying to descale the machine and make it work again only to be advised by customer service that I should run the process with a filter on! How would I know if it’s not mentioned anywhere? And obviously I had to find alternatives for drinking water for a week or so as the machine wasn’t working!"
