When you think of apples and cinnamon, you probably envision autumn days and falling leaves. However, cinnamon is great for digestion, so infusing your water with apple and cinnamon is a wonderful treat year-round. Adding plums and pears to the mix creates a beautifully balanced flavour.

  • What you need:

    • 2 litres of AquaTru filtered water
    • 2 apples, thinly sliced
    • 4 cinnamon sticks
    • 1 litre seltzer (for sparkling water during prep)
    • 1 litre seltzer (added before serving)

  • How to do it:

    1. Fill a pitcher with AquaTru filtered water for the cleanest, purest taste.
    2. Add apples & cinnamon sticks to the water.
    3. Pour in 1 litre of seltzer, stir, and refrigerate for 2–4 hours to infuse.
    4. Before serving, add another litre of seltzer for extra fizz.
    5. Pour over ice and enjoy a crisp, flavorful sip!

    💡 Tip: For a deeper cinnamon flavor, infuse overnight.
