Marixie is a proud working mom with an educational background in health. Her experience in customer service and content writing, combined with a solid foundation in health and medicine, helps her communicate AquaTru’s mission with clarity and care. In every customer interaction and piece of writing, she focuses on being clear, supportive, and grounded in facts.

What do you enjoy most about helping AquaTru customers?

I enjoy connecting with people who are actively making choices to improve their health at home. Every conversation is an opportunity to listen, offer support, and share useful information. I find it especially meaningful when customers express how AquaTru has made a difference in their daily routines, particularly those with children and families. It is something I can personally relate to. Helping customers feel confident in the product and their decisions is what makes the work fulfilling.

What’s your favourite blog post that you’ve written?

It’s hard to choose just one, but I especially enjoy writing about what AquaTru removes and why it matters. With my background in health, I understand how contaminants like PFAS and microplastics can affect everything from brain development to hormone balance.

Researching these topics helps me grow, and more importantly, gives me the chance to share meaningful, science-backed information that empowers families to make healthier, more informed choices every day.

What has been your proudest moment at AquaTru so far?

One of my proudest moments at AquaTru has been seeing how much I’ve grown since I joined. I’ve gained a deeper understanding of our products, become more confident in supporting customers, and taken on more responsibilities within the customer service team. I'm also looking forward to expanding my role into marketing, especially with our upcoming partnership with an SEO agency. Being trusted to contribute in meaningful ways has been incredibly rewarding, and I’m excited for what’s ahead.
