Since joining AquaTru in 2020, I’ve had the privilege of seeing the company grow from a handful of ads to a fast-expanding brand trusted across Europe. Today, as Head of Marketing, I’m proud to be part of a team that’s not only driving growth in numbers but also building lasting customer trust and recognition.

Outside of work, I’m very driven by an active lifestyle. I’m a marathon runner who trains almost every day, constantly pushing myself toward new challenges. When I’m not running, you’ll probably find me out on the water kitesurfing or on the slopes snowboarding. I split my time between the Amsterdam and Portugal, which gives me the perfect balance between city energy and the freedom of the outdoors. Travel, adventure, and sport are central to who I am: they keep me motivated, grounded, and always curious.

What has been your proudest moment working at AquaTru?

I can’t point to a single moment, but every time I see a positive review come in from a happy customer, I feel proud. It’s a reminder that the work we do has a real impact on people’s lives. I’m also proud of the speed at which we’re growing across Europe. As Head of Marketing, it’s incredibly rewarding to see our efforts pay off—not just in numbers, but in brand recognition and customer trust. It really feels like we’re on the right track, and that momentum is both exciting and motivating.

What’s the most surprising thing you’ve learned since joining the team?

In the beginning, I was a bit sceptical: I mean, our water and air are pretty good already, right? But once you start digging a little deeper, you quickly realise there’s so much more to it. From the invisible contaminants in tap water to the surprising number of pollutants in indoor air, it opened my eyes to just how important and complex clean water and air really are.

What makes the AquaTru team unique?

It’s the colourful mix of cultures and backgrounds—from the U.S. to Europe and Asia—that makes our team truly special. Despite being spread across continents and time zones, we all share the same mindset: calm, collaborative, and genuinely respectful toward one another. We may not see each other in the office every day, but it still feels like a close-knit team. There’s a quiet trust and ease in how we work together, which makes collaboration not just productive, but happy and enjoyable.
