Blueberry-Lemon Smoothie Popsicles

What you need:
- 200 g blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 50 ml plant-based milk (e.g. oat, almond, or coconut milk)
- 100 ml filtered water
- 1–2 tablespoons maple syrup, agave syrup, or honey (to taste)
Optional: 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseeds for extra fiber and texture

How to do it:
- Add the blueberries, lemon juice, plant-based milk, purified water and sweetener (maple syrup, agave syrup, or honey) to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Optional: Stir in chia or flaxseeds for a nutrient boost and a slightly thicker texture.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle moulds.
- Freeze for at least 6 hours, or until completely set.
