
Kale Smoothie with Pineapple and Banana

What you need:
- ½ cup coconut milk
- 2 litres of AquaTru filtered water
- 2 cups chopped kale or spinach
- 1 ½ cups chopped pineapple (about ¼ medium pineapple)
- 1 ripe banana, chopped
- Juice of 1 lime (optional)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds

How to do it:
- Blend kale and AquaTru filtered water until smooth.
- Add pineapple, banana, coconut milk, and lime juice, then blend again.
- Mix in chia seeds and blend briefly.
- Pour into a glass, serve immediately, and enjoy!
💡 Tip: For a thicker smoothie, use frozen banana or pineapple.
