Lavender Lemonade

Lavender Lemonade

Floral-infused drinks are blossoming in popularity across Europe, and lavender is a particularly enchanting choice for spring. Long praised for its calming properties, lavender has been linkedboth in traditional use and modern studies—to potential benefits for mood and sleep. Paired with lemon, it creates a light yet aromatic blend that soothes as much as it refreshes. According to the NHS, getting enough fluids each day is crucial for normal bodily functions, and herbal teas or infusions like this can help—just be mindful of added sweeteners. Using food-grade lavender ensures no hidden chemicals or additives, preserving the clean, botanical character of this pretty beverage. Serve it chilled, and enjoy a delicate sip of spring in every glass.
