Lavender Lemonade

What you need:
- 480 ml boiling water
- 30–40 grams of lavender flowers
- 480 ml cold water
- 240 ml lemon juice
- 200 grams sugar

How to do it:
- Place the lavender in a large jug.
- Pour the boiling water over it.
- Cover with cling film (plastic wrap) and let it steep for 10 minutes.
- Strain out the lavender, discard the solids, and return the infused water to the jug.
- Add the cold water, lemon juice, and sugar. Stir until the sugar has fully dissolved.
- Chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
